Mike Living and Discipling at Work

This has certainly been my most exciting and encouraging semester with The Navigators to date.

Mike and IThe Lord has brought us a host of wonderful students who are growing deeply as they learn to walk closely with our God.

It’s exciting to see what God has done, is doing and will do here on the mission field of the University of North Texas. It’s awesome pouring my life out into these students as they draw near to God and seek His face.

Mike was equipped to be a disciple and to make disciples in the UNTNAVS. In my newsletters, I have shared with you how we are making disciples now at UNT who will become the nation’s future leaders and who will be laborers for Jesus Christ spreading the Gospel throughout the world.  Now, Mike is graduated serving and making disciples full-time as an accountant at Sally’s Beauty Supply Co. He is sharing with me every week about the Gospel-centered friendships he has  at work.  Also, he is serving on our UNT Navigator student leadership team this year discipling students and taking students to evangelize and share the Gospel all over campus!  He is a gifted  evangelist and shares Jesus with lost students and equips our students to share their faith living out the Navigator calling amongst the lost:

“To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.”

All of this is possible because of your sacrificial giving!  I am so thankful for each of you.  Because of your financial giving, we the staff leaders disciple a group of students who each co-lead small group student Bible studies all over the mission field of UNT.  these students disciple students and then those students disciple other students as depicted in Paul’s relationship with Timothy and his charge to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:2…

“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”

I have a deficit of $1,600 a month ($19,200 for the year) for the 2014 fiscal budget (ministry expenses, administration, and salary).  Would you prayerfully consider giving your best monthly gift or an end-of-the-year tax-deductible gift of $50, $100, $500, $1,000  (whatever you are led to) to help me continue reaching students?  You can give on the right by clicking “Donate to this ministry” on the right column of this webpage.  Thank you!  Your prayers and financial support are greatly appreciated. May the Lord richly bless you this Christmas season.

In His service,

 Todd Lollar
